I'm In Between is the theme song for the Nickelodeon original series As Told By Ginger. This song is heard during the start of each episode. Originally Melissa Disney, who voices Ginger, sung the theme song before the show's first airing. The theme song was switched to a version sung by Cree Summer, the voice of Miranda, for the first half of the first season. After that, all episodes used a new version sung by R&B artist Macy Gray. The song was written by Jared Faber and Emily Kapnek. The theme song is included on The Newest Nicktoons CD album. It's also included on the Nickelodeon Sing Along Karaoke CD album with and without vocals.

The Grass Is Always Greener
It means that some people out there are not happy or satisfied for what they have after being born into. Wishing for the life that some "lucky" people have: like being rich, popularity, a bigger house, expensive stuff, trips around the world, being a famous celebrity or things you wish you could have like, money, better clothes, a "handsome" boyfriend, "beautiful" girlfriend or even having children of your own (mostly during your high school years in order to show to your classmates that you are either now an adult or you are more attractive).
Then one day when you finally go over the fence to see and feel the experience. You just notice it's not at all what you think it will be and you realized what you have right now is better. You can wait patiently, work hard, still have fun once in a while, enjoy life, enjoy your childhood, and enjoy being yourself. Then one day you, your family, and your true friends will come to riches in the future but you will have it in a much better way.
