Melissa Disney (born November 20, 1970 in San Diego, California) is an American voice actress, actress, singer-songwriter and film producer. She is best known for her roles as Blade in Batman Beyond, Melinda Chisney in In a World..., Mike and Judge in I Am Weasel, Debbie in iCarly, Nurse in Static Shock, Mom and Brat in Justice League Action, Vivi Orunitia in Kingdom Hearts II, Menagerie in Superman vs. The Elite, Syren in Extreme Ghostbusters and several others.
She provides the voice of the main protagonist, Ginger Foutley.
